Our SMP200 popping boba production line is a fully automatic machine that features simple operation, and integrates all the processes of popping boba making. The poping boba produced by this machine has round shape and bright color, suitable for cold and hot drinks such as bubble tea, ice cream, yogurt, etc., or for cake decoration and fruit salad.
According to the production process, the popping boba is produced by three kinds of liquids, i.e. the fruit juice inside the popping boba, the sodium alginate-based coagulation liquid at the surface of popping boba, and the protective liquid for preservation of the popping boba.
Colloid mill is used to finely grind various semi-fluid materials, so that the materials can be broken and dissolved quickly and evenly. In the popping boba production line, it helps sodium alginate dissolving in water and increases its dissolution rate. Different output and fineness can be achieved by adjusting the gap between the fixed and rotating teeth of the colloid mill.

The cooking system is mainly used to cook fruit juice and surface coagulation liquid. It uses scraping-edge stirrer to avoid dead ends. Both steam heating and electric heating are available.
The cooling tank is mainly used to lower the temperature and to temporarily storage the liquid raw materials after cooking.
