The production line is composed of the mixer, extruder, conveyor belt, forming machine and refrigerated cooler. Mixer This machine is designed to mix chewing gum raw materials and features a high efficiency.
Extruder The extruder is used to extrude chewing gum. It is equipped with a stainless-steel hopper with an extrusion head made of a high hardness steel coated in polytetrafluoroethylene. The extrusion head maintains its temperature via hot water to ensure the gum base remains warm and soft to avoid cracking or breaking.
Forming machine The forming machine produces chewing gum in a variety of sizes according to customer requirements.
Polishing pan This machine is used for polishing the candy surface.
