The sheet type gum production line is composed of mixer, sheet roller, forming machine, automatic granulator, and wrapping machine for manufacturing gum in different shapes such as rectangles or squares. As it is made of a food-grade stainless steel, it meets GMP and food hygiene standards. It is PLC controlled and features a maximum capacity of 300kg/hour.

Mixer This machine is designed to mix chewing gum raw materials and features a high efficiency.
Extruder The extruder is used to extrude chewing gum. It is equipped with a stainless-steel hopper with an extrusion head made of a high hardness steel coated in polytetrafluoroethylene. The extrusion head maintains its temperature via hot water to ensure the gum base remains warm and soft to avoid cracking or breaking.
Sheet roller The 6-stage sheet roller is a vital machine in the production of sheet gum. It ensures gum remains smooth and deformation free.
Polishing pan This machine is used for the production of pillow type chewing gum.
